The “not so” fine print

$49 annual fee on each membership due 60 days after joining and each year thereafter. 30 day notice to cancel any membership. Minors ages 10-14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the workout floor at all times. Ages 15-17 can workout on their own with a parent or guardian signature. Membership downgrade available after 90 days.
