Yes, we offer the option to freeze a membership for up to three months per calendar year. Please be advised that annual fees are not eligible for a freeze and will continue to process during this time.

TruPower workouts are for Results+ members only, but you may upgrade at any time to utilize Results+ amenities.
We’d hate to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. To cancel your membership, we will provide you with the contact information for ABC Fitness, who handles our billing and membership management. Please note that we require a 30 day notice for all cancellations, and any payments scheduled within that 30 day period will still be processed.
Absolutely! We offer an additional child plan, which is billed at $10 per month plus tax for each month it’s needed. Once your child returns to school, the plan can be removed upon request.
If you are relocating, your membership can be transferred to another TruFit location. We will just need your signature on a transfer request to complete the process.
We regularly inspect and maintain our equipment to keep everything running smoothly. If a machine goes down, we notify our Equipment Technician right away, and repairs may require ordering parts. If you ever notice an issue with a machine, please bring it to our attention—we’re happy to help.
We require a 10-day window to ensure in-club payments post in time to offset the billing process on your account, preventing an additional charge.
This policy ensures you can still work out if you’re unable to access your barcode in the app, while also preventing unauthorized use of your membership.
