TRUFIT MEMBER SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

No additional purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Promotion period: The TruFit Member Survey Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on August 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 30, 2026.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to current TruFit Athletic Clubs members who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of TruFit Athletic Clubs, its affiliated companies, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Membership status may be verified before a prize is awarded.

How to enter: Complete and submit the TruFit Member Survey during the Promotion Period. Limit one entry per eligible member. Duplicate, incomplete, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Prizes: Ten winners will each receive one $50 gift card. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $500. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be substituted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner selection and notification: Ten potential winners will be selected at random on October 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their survey entry. A potential winner must respond within five calendar days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is found ineligible or does not respond by the deadline, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Privacy: Information collected through the survey will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact potential winners and analyze member feedback in accordance with TruFit’s privacy policy.
