The TruYou challenge is an 8 week body fat loss challenge where participants will conduct monthly weigh ins to track progress and engage in gym workouts and activities. Winners will be determined by club and as a grand prize winner for the % of body-fat loss during the challenge timing as measured through the Evolt measurement system.
