Aqua is a type of resistance training taking place in the pool. This class will provide an aerobic workout along with using foam weights. It’s great for all ages and fitness levels.
Aqua exercise that mixes high-intensity interval training and boxing moves into a format that is fat burning, muscle sculpting, and core defining. Exercises are low impact and designed to improve range of motion, strength, flexibility, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance.
Water exercise is great for all ages & fitness levels. Our classes offer a blend of low impact cardio moves, water resistant training & stretching. Resistance tools that may be used are buoyant water weights and noodles.
Fitness is a splash with our invigorating Aqua Zumba® class. It blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one fun pool party! There is less impact on your joints during an class so you can really let loose.
This class is held in our lap pool in the deep end. We use noodles and buoys to keep you suspended.
