Several knowledgeable and remarkable trainers at TruFit have changed my life. You have to get a trainer… listen to your trainer and really connect to your body to understand your particular issues.
You will determine the gaps/weaknesses in particular muscle groups and ultimately posture/balance correction working with trainers like Christopher Coates.
Chris has been so patient in answering all my stupid questions and working with me for months that I know what I have to do to never let the same thing happen again. My legs and core are getting strong and a fringe benefit of my training is that I have lost 30 lbs.
